(1): The word "Hacker" needs a proper translation since most
dictionaries and common usage by non-computer-wizards have it
wrong.    True "Hackers" are the heroes who created
the Internet and who keep it evolving.    What most
people and dictionaries really mean when they say "Hacker" is
"Cracker", a loser who breaks into systems.
